Although my pictures came out beautiful and I enjoyed my three hour conversation with my hubby at the beach, I probably should have put him on hold to apply more sunscreen. I will spare you those photos.
It was a wonderful day.
Hubby made me laugh and it was almost as thou he was there.
Almost.
Except he couldn't see the porpoises frolicking in the distance,
or the turtle surfing the wave.
He could hear the waves crashing and we agreed it was calling him home.
Come home my love, more than the ocean miss you,
and there is more to this island than surf and sand.
