Godson

Yeah! Godson is coming to visit for Spring Break! I cant wait. There is going to be a lot beach going, fun loving, kick butt good time. I visited him in Oahu for his younger brothers birthday where he graciously gave up his cozy bed! This time around he will be waking up in my house! I am so excited, I just cant wait!! Did I say that already?

Snow on Mauna Kea

The weather has been less than ideal these last couple of weeks. High wind warnings, flash floods and even blizzard warnings. Ive been trying my best to stay dry and warm but sometimes its the layers that get to be a bit much. The snow on the mountain is lovely to gaze at, but the winds coming down the mountain side make it hard to get out of bed in the morning. I am just glad that I don't have to walk through it or scrape it off my car. It would however be nice to get up there and play in it. Perhaps tomorrow would be a good day for that.

This guy looks a lot like me. He is still learning his place in this world and taking it all in stride. I am over the moon about him. I only wish he could see himself thru my eyes. I love you son. Don't grow up too fast.

Family is built with love; it’s not determined by marriage certificates, divorce papers, and formal adoption documents. Families grow from the heart, through mutual love and respect. The only time family becomes nullified is when the ties in the heart are cut. If you cut the ties, these people are not your family. If you build the ties, these people are your family. So build ties with the right people and nurture them with love.

I got my phone back. Yea! Boss lady took it home and brought it back for me. Not that I had anything to hide but she doesn't know how to use my phone so couldn't go thru it. Not that she is that kind of person or anything. But I am glad to have it back and that just reminds me to write down my contacts.

misplaced phone

Darn phone. I could have sworn I grabbed it or at least had it in my bag. I think I might have left it on the bench. I hope that someone grabbed it. K maybe. Or J might have grabbed it. Oh I hope someone grabbed it. I just got that phone from my aunty too. I checked my truck and my bag. I called it a thousand times from my house. But it was on vibrate. Its possible they didn't hear it. Oh what am I going to do if no one grabbed it and it was left like a cone. Ugh. Lets just hope hubby doesn't try to call me tomorrow. Hope I don't breakdown and end up thumbing it. I'm sure someone had to have seen it and grabbed it for me. I hope.
