We have taken on a run down house as our new remodel project. Lots of work to be done, it really is just a shell of a home that needs to have life breathed back into it. The last tenants who lived there for many years, with many people did no maintenance what so ever. It really is sad since the house is sturdy and has so much potential. I guess that I'm that person that looks at something and sees all the possibilities. Until recently, I didn't realize that was a rare trait. Perhaps it is the willingness to accomplish any feat that may arise, in order to gain that favored outcome. We are willing.
